As your celebrant I will guide you through the process of figuring out what you want in your ceremony so that on your wedding day you can relax and celebrate; confident that I will deliver a ceremony that is exactly right for you.
When we meet up, we can discuss the Wedding Ceremony Package that will work best for you. The three wedding packages offer services that differ based on the type of ceremony, level of detail and personalisation you want. Check them out below.
Completely Customised Celebration
The “we want a customised, creative, celebratory ceremony with loads of family, friends and maybe our pets” type of wedding

- Meeting with you virtually or face to face to discuss your plans and help you work out what you want for your ceremony.
By taking the time to work out what you want for your wedding ceremony, I can guide you to make informed decisions and reduce the stress that comes with competing ideas and information overload. - Creating a personal ceremony including everything you want and nothing that you don’t (except those legal bits!).
So that your ceremony reflects you as a couple. You can include traditional activities like hand fasting, sand or candle rituals or, if you prefer more contemporary ones like dancing flower men, doggie ring bearers or even a flash mob! As long as it’s legal, you are only limited by your imagination. At the same time, it doesn’t have to be long or involve rituals for it to be memorable and meaningful- you may decide you want a shorter and simpler ceremony. - Providing you with a draft ceremony script with unlimited opportunities for feedback, changes and agreement.
Your wedding ceremony will be personalised and tailored. With our collaborative approach, you have the flexibility to make adjustments until it feels just right for you. - Supporting and advising both of you with writing personal vows.
Whether you want a little or a lot of help with writing your vows, you will be confident and prepared that they reflect your feelings and what you want to say to your partner on your wedding day. - Responding to your phone calls or emails within 24 hours.
So that you feel supported and get a timely response to every question you have about your ceremony. - Facilitating one wedding rehearsal (if you like) at an agreed time and place before the wedding.
To reduce the nerves and to ensure that everybody is confident and comfortable on your wedding day. - Travelling to your wedding location (within 50km of Canberra CBD- additional fee may apply for further distances).
So there are no extra costs for me to travel to your intimate wedding in Canberra and other beautiful venues and locations in surrounding NSW. - Bringing a professional, fun and friendly vibe to your wedding ceremony.
Creating a warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. - Preparing all the legal documents and providing you with a confirmation text or email once your marriage documents have been lodged.
All the legal bits are done accurately, quickly and efficiently!

Intimate I Do’s
The “we want a personal, intimate ceremony- maybe with some family and friends” type of wedding

- Meeting with you virtually or face to face to discuss what you want for your personal and intimate ceremony or elopement.
Smaller, more intimate ceremonies can be beautiful and meaningful. By taking the time to work out what you want for your wedding ceremony, I can guide you with ideas and suggestions for how to make the most of this special occasion. - Creating a short but personal ceremony for you, your witnesses and up to 15 guests.
Ceremonies don’t need to be long or involve lots of rituals. You can have a personal ceremony that highlights your unique love story that will have you and your guests laughing and crying. - Providing you with a draft ceremony outline with an opportunity for feedback, changes and agreement.
As well as contributing to the initial ceremony outline, you will have an opportunity to review the draft and have input into the content and flow of the ceremony to ensure that it reflects what you want. - Supporting and advising both of you with writing personal vows.

Marriage Express
The “we just want to be legally married” type of wedding
In the ACT there is no such thing as a ‘registry wedding’ so you can get legally married in gardens, parkland or even your own kitchen or backyard with no fuss. This ceremony might also be suitable for you if you are planning to have a destination ‘wedding’ overseas or a cultural wedding event at another time and place.
Note this package will generally only be available weekdays with very limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Meeting with you virtually or face to face to sight identification documents and complete some forms at least one month before your wedding date (legally required).
To make sure that you meet the legal marriage requirements for Australia. - Conducting the very short ceremony, which will include the 124 legally required words and signing the documents in front of your two witnesses (pretty much anybody over 18).
- Lodging the legal documents with the registering authority.
You’ll know that all the legal bits are done accurately, quickly and efficiently!
This for an investment of just $600
Emcee Maestro
The “we want someone else to take care of the public speaking and announcements” type of reception
If you don’t want to put the pressure on one of your guests, or risk them having ‘one too many’ and embarrassing you during the reception, contact me to discuss an hourly rate as an addition to the Completely Customised Celebration wedding ceremony package.

Payments
Your payment of the $300 non-refundable booking fee is payable once you commit to me being your celebrant and will confirm and hold the date and approximate time for your wedding ceremony. You don’t need to pay your final ceremony balance until four weeks prior to the ceremony date.
