Jacqui became a very important part of our day, and made everything seamless, easy, and stress free. Our ceremony was tailored to represent us as a couple and our story. Jacqui took the time to get to know us personally and that reflected in how she spoke of us in our ceremony. She made the whole process special, fun and personal, from the very first moment of meeting, to helping with writing our vows, working on a script, right up to announcing us as husband and wife. Jacqui was just the most wonderful person to have through the process. She was super flexible, letting us know all our options and stepping us through the process. She gave us heaps of resources for planning our ceremony and choices for how we wanted it to go, we were able to completely customise the whole thing with the most sensible and wonderful guidance so it never felt overwhelming. The day of the ceremony was fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a beautiful day, an easy and calm process, and the freedom for making the ceremony of your dreams.

She also made managing the official paper work super simple for us and worked especially well with the other vendors ensuring everything went seamlessly during the ceremony.

From our initial meeting Jacqui was very friendly and absolutely on board for our vision of a quick elopement with literally just us, our kids, and a photographer. She was thoughtful, answered our questions, managed the paperwork, made us feel supported and relaxed the entire way. Very thankful she had a spare hanky on hand for my tears on the day.
