From our initial meeting Jacqui was very friendly and absolutely on board for our vision of a quick elopement with literally just us, our kids, and a photographer. She was thoughtful, answered our questions, managed the paperwork, made us feel supported and relaxed the entire way. Very thankful she had a spare hanky on hand for my tears on the day.
